Biometric feedback shows close-quarters combat in FPS games gets the blood pumping

This is some really scary stuff. I think we might be taking the science of games just a bit too far! A recent study of biometric feedback has shown that gamers lover close-quarters combat. We can’t get enough of enemies getting in our face when we play FPS titles. The closer the combat, the more our blood gets pumping, our palms start sweating, and the more engaging we find the game. If a developer wants to make a successful, memorable FPS experience, it looks like close-quarters combat is the way to go.
