Michigan senator trying to ban texting/gaming while driving

Remember when this happened in Hawaii, only to be swatted down? Now Michigan is going to go through the same situation. A Michigan senator feels that texting/gaming while driving should be banned. While I agree that these activities are extremely dangerous to do while driving, there’s simply no way you can enforce something like this. How are the police supposed to catch people doing this, and prove that they were doing so?
