In Smash, it’s a move that you have to stop and charge fully before you can move with it. In Metroid, the move can be charged decently quickly to get an average sized orange ball of energy. In Smash, the move takes much longer to charge and the energy ball is huge and the wrong color. In fact, the move in Metroid isn’t even called the charge shot it’s called the charge beam.
