Sonic's sister Sonia was a strong and capable fighter on the team but also hated getting dirty or being unladylike due to her upbringing. Not only was she a princess but she was given up to a wealthy family after the Queen separated her from her siblings.

Manic, the youngest of the hedgehogs, was raised by pickpockets on the streets and thusly has a complex that his siblings grew up in relative comfort. He was generally a pretty laid-back, comical character similar to Michelangelo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Sonic's mother, Queen Aleena, she receives a prophecy from a seer warning her of Robotnik's coming rise to power. She is also told that if her and her children reunite when they are ready they will be able to take down Robotnik and rule Mobius together a s a family. She separates her children, leaving them with different homes, and goes into hiding hoping to see them again.

Sleet and Dingo (Left to Right) are Robotnik's lackeys similar to Scratch and Grounder, they're bounty hunters on his payroll. Sleet is the more cunning and dastardly of the two while Dingo is the strong and stupid one. An odd feature of their partnership is that Dingo can transform into anything at the press of a button giving him utility in battle. These two seem to exemplify the off tone of the series as the uneven matching of the serious Sleet and the comical Dingo really highlight how this show was an odd combination of the two previous shows.
