Choice behind the NES' color scheme revealed
Ever wonder where the color scheme for the NES came from? You could have tried to figure out the plan for a million years and still would have never come up with the correct answer! Masayuki Uemura is one of the main designers behind the NES, and he detailed just where the color choices came from. Believe it or not, the colors were based on former Nintendo president Hiroshi Yamauchi's favorite scarf!
