Freakyforms Deluxe the latest 3DS game to be used to run homebrew (UPDATE)
UPDATE - Well that was fast. Nintendo has removed Freakyforms Deluxe from the 3DS eShop in North America and Japan.
Looks like Nintendo has yet another game they'll have to worry about when it comes to homebrew, and this time it's one of their own. It'll be interesting to see what happens to Freakyforms Deluxe from here on out. It might get a lot tougher to find!
