According to the latest issue of Famitsu, Koei Tecmo has announced that Pegasus Knight Cordelia and Female Robin will be playable characters in the upcoming Fire Emblem Warriors game.

It was also announced that the game would have a permadeath feature that would function similarly to how it does in the Fire Emblem franchise. In Fire Emblem Warriors, the mechanic is called "Character Lost," and a brief summary describes the mechanic as a way to prevent a character from being summoned one he/she has fallen in battle. This mechanic is said to have further details at a later date.

The signature Weapon Triangle mechanic of the Fire Emblem franchise will also be integrated into the game. Once again, more details about this mechanic will be addressed at a later date. Seeing as Fire Emblem Warriors will be released on September 28th, it should not be too long before more official information is unveiled.
