GN Version 5.0

- update now has a Q4 2017 release window
- Switch version is expected to launch at 1.3
- 1.3 update will not be coming to the Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Wii U, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and Xbox 360
