Monster Hunter XX Switch Version 1.3.0 to include video capture

GN Version 5.0

Monster Hunter XX Switch is getting an update to allow for video capture on Switch. The update brings the game up to ver 1.3.0, and is due to release on Nov. 15th. The game will then allow players to capture and share 30 seconds of video.
