Bloober Team officially announces Layers of Fear: Legacy for Switch, due out Q1 2018

Bloober Team has announced that Layers of Fear: Legacy, a title shaping up to be the most immersive horror game on Nintendo Switch and one of the most frightening titles designed for this platform, will be published in Q1 of 2018. Layers of Fear: Legacy is based on the critically-acclaimed IP widely-known from the 2016 PC, iOS, Playstation 4 and Xbox One release, which has has been remastered and redesigned exclusively for Nintendo Switch.

Layers of Fear: Legacy will be a unique offer in the Nintendo Switch horror genre portfolio, which will make players experience an innovative portrayal of an artist’s descent into madness, while following his struggle for perfection. The game is inspired by the darkest movements in classic art with a gritty setting, derived from masterpiece artworks of past centuries.

Layers of Fear: Legacy was redesigned with specifics of the Nintendo Switch in mind and a new graphical interface designed to fully utilize its unique possibilities. This means that Layers of Fear: Legacy utilizes the full array of console’s features, including the HD Rumble, motion controls, touchscreen and playing in both docked and undocked modes.

Layers of Fear for Nintendo Switch will debut internationally in Q1 of 2018. The Switch version will include the praised Inheritance DLC, which provides a new look on the story from the perspective of a new player character. With release date close-by, the Switch players can brace themselves for one of the most immersive experiences of 2018.

What the.... does NO one notice a sense of Eternal Darkness in that teaser? The whole fear thing and even the text (which is exactly the same as Eternal Darkness)

Again another horror game on Switch. Seriously? :D
