Darkest Dungeon experiencing controls glitch in handheld mode, stems from having a Pro Controller synced

If you've been having some issues with Darkest Dungeon's controls in handheld mode, you're not alone. Multiple people are reporting a glitch that makes handheld controls go bonkers when you try and select an option. Turns out this issue is related to the Switch Pro Controller. Red Hook Studios has taken to Reddit to acknowledge the issue.

We’ve heard that having a pro controller syncs is causing the multiple button input issue. ...We are investigating it internally.

For right now, there's a simple fix to squash the issue. All you have to do is go to sleep mode to de-sync your Pro Controller. Once you wake the system back up, your controls should be fine.
