How is Samurai Shodown II different from Samurai Shodown I?

4 new characters, additional special attacks, more defensive moves, ability to break opponents weapons besides disarming, better graphics. Samurai Showdown II is considered the "best" to alot of fans when it comes down to straight gameplay without adding techniques in the sequels that i thought made the games more complicated and were unneeded.

Buy this and grab a friend and I guarantee you will have a blast playing this.

Good to know, thank you!

Not to say anything of II but SSIII is the one that stood out to me and seemed to be the one that got the most attention in the arcade.

Are these ports by Hamster based on the original Neo Geo versions or Neo Geo CD versions?

Have any of them been altered over the originals (improved, bugs/glitches fixed, censored/uncensored, things added/removed, online mult-iplayer, etc.)?
