GDC poll shows majority of Switch game devs seeing their titles sell as well, or better on Switch when compared to other platforms
The following inf comes from the State of the Game Industry report put out by the Game Developers Conference...
"How have Switch game sales compared to the average across all the platforms you've launched on?"
- majority answered sales have been average or greater than average
- 16% said sales were less than average
- developers are also "overwhelmingly confident" Switch is going to outpace Wii U's lifetime sales
- last year, 50% of respondents believed the Switch would surpass Wii U's performance
- this year, that number jumped to 73%
