AeternoBlade took roughly 4 months to port to Switch
Aeternoblade is one of the many games jumping from another platform to Switch. We've heard from multiple indie devs that the Switch porting process is pretty straightforward and smooth, which seems to be the case for Corecell Technology. They say bringing Aeternoblade over to Switch took them about 4 months. Since it was a small team doing the porting, Aeternoblade is a straight port, and won't include any new features on Switch.
