Minecraft will support the Nintendo Switch Online paid membership
Looks like you'll have to pay to play Minecraft online on Switch come September 2018. The Switch news section has updated with a feature on Minecraft, and tucked away in the post is a mention that the game will support the Switch online paid membership when it launches. In other words, get ready to cough up $20 a year if you want some Switch online Minecraft action.
