BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle beta includes audio for "Asuka" and "Yumi" characters, dev claims its "leftover data"

If you're putting out a demo or a beta of your game, you have to be ready for people to dig through your source code and find out what's going on under the hood. That's what's happened with Blazblue: Cross Tag Battle, and some interesting sound files have been discovered.

The sound files feature the game's announcer shouting out character names "Asuka" and "Yumi," which fans of the Senran Kagura franchise might recognize. Is this evidence of some Senran Kagura crossover characters coming to the game? According to an official spokesperson for the game, these sound clips are simply "leftover data" from brainstorming sessions.
