Random Time! - Honda Jazz commercial shows driver/passenger playing Super Mario Bros. 3

I don't know what the hell is going on here. Honda Australia has put out a commercial for the Honda Jazz, the car you see in the spot above. During the commercial you can see the driver/passenger stop for a bit of Super Mario Bros. 3 action. They're actually playing Super Mario Bros. 3 on Super Mario All-Stars, for those who want to be super specific. I don't know why Honda felt this was a good way to sell their car, but they got me talking about their ad, didn't they?!
