Nintendo looking for new employees to work on Switch's menu and user interface

Looks like Nintendo has plans to further tweak/enhance the Switch menu and overall user interface, according to a pair of job listings. The company is looking to bring in a 'director/planner' and engineer to work with the Switch's home menu, Settings page, Profile page, Album, and News pages. There's no word as to whether these positions are new slots to be filled, or roles that have been left open by previous employees' departures.
