Overwatch director says there are 'no plans' for the game on Switch right now, but that could change

Gamers have been asking for Blizzard to bring Overwatch to the Switch for quite some time now. That request has only grown since Blizzard revealed Diablo III: Eternal Collection for Switch. The latest Blizzard employee to comment on the matter is Overwatch director Jeff Kaplan, and it's not exactly the news you want to hear.

Kaplan said that the team's focus is on the PS4/XB1 versions of Overwatch, and there are no plans to release it on Switch right now. The thing is, that could change in the future. Kaplan said his team is open to the idea of bringing the game to multiple other platforms, Switch included. Basically, as long as the platform can run it, the dev team is open to considering a port.
