GN Version 5.0

Dead Cells recently got an update, which we mentioned a few days back. What we didn't talk about is some of the Switch-specific features for this update. There's definitely some notable tidbits in there to break down.

- option to revert to 30FPS
- choose to use a pixel font that was popular with PC players
- daily challenge counter has been fixed
- ability to rebind the button for "Leave/Get back in body"
- changed the way the music is loaded in the game to fix lag
- camera should no longer go flying off due to lag
- various bugs/glitches fixed

Motion Twin wants to point out that some of these additions, like the 30FPS option, is just meant as a quick fix for now. They're working on another patch that irons out the 60FPS kinks, as well as some other bells and whistles. Nice to see a developer work on a stop-gap patch while they take more time to really get things in order.
