Pokemon Co. will talk about the Switch core Pokemon RPG 'sometime... next year'

Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee are clearly the focus for Nintendo and Pokemon Co. this year, but a lot of fans are already looking forward to what Pokemon is going to bring in 2019. We know a core RPG is in development for Switch, but when exactly are we going to get some details? Pokemon Co.'s Junichi Masuda wasn't ready to commit to a specific time, but he did say that we can expect to hear things, "Sometime... next year."

So in other words February or March

If everything continues as it has been in recent years, they should drop some tease between January and February, then information about the starters and the region around May, going into more detail in the second half of the year. Until then, no surprise he said that, it wouldn't make sense to talk about the game now being that Let's Go was not even released.

I hope they improve on the textures as the last 3ds ones were plain dull.

Jan Feb reveal, E3 treehouse demo, Summer tour, Fall release.
