RUMOR - Was Warriors Orochi 4 censored on all platforms except Switch?

We've recently discussed a few titles that have appeared on Switch in an uncensored state, but those same games ended up censored on PS4 or Xbox One. Warriors Orochi 4 might be the next example of that censorship.

In the clips above, you can see that the Switch version of the game includes breast physics, while the other versions do not. We have footage of the PS4 version to compare, but it has been confirmed that things are the same in the Xbox One and PC versions of the game. Could this be a physics glitch only found in the Switch version, or was the Switch the only platform to keep things as the developers intended?
