Pokemon GO trespassing lawsuit settled

GN Version 5.0

Quite awhile back, we shared a story concerning Jeffery Marder of West Orange, New Jersey. Mr. Marder was suiting Pokemon Co./Niantic/Nintendo over Pokemon GO, saying that the game had lead to trespassing issues on his property. Due to Pokemon spawning in Mr. Marder's backyard, people were coming up to his house to ask permission to play in/around his property. Obviously some people weren't as forthcoming, and tried to play without Mr. Marder's permission.

The lawsuit has now officially been settled, but unfortunately, we don't know the details of the settlement! All we know is that all parties involved came to an agreement, and the issue is now taken care of. If I had to guess, it would seem Mr. Marder was somewhat compensated for his trouble.

Thanks to Dondom95 for the heads up!
