Fortnite players believe they're now hearing dragons

First there were the dragon eggs. Then there was the supposed heartbeat of the dragon, and next was the silhouette of a dragon in the egg. Now players believe they're hearing dragon noises in/around Polar Peaks. It seems like dragons coming to Fortnite is a done deal, but Epic isn't quite done teasing their arrival yet.
