Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package lacks two DLC packs
Looks like Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package isn't truly worthy of its moniker. A listing over on Shop4Megastore reveals that this package will omit two DLC packs originally released for the game.
Two DLC packs - the Bloodsucker Pack and the Unlockable Pack, have been omitted for game balance and improvement based on feedback.
That's some interesting reasoning for leaving those two packs out, but it is what it is. Hopefully it's not a dealbreaker for those who were planning on grabbing the game.
