The Japanese release date for Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution has been confirmed. This week's issue of V-Jump announced that the game will launch April 25th, 2019, and is priced at 3,000 yen. Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution includes over 9,000 cards from the trading card game, and supports “New Master Rules.” Monsters from Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS will also appear, marking their first appearance in a game.

Over 100 legacy duelists from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters up to Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS will appear in Story Mode. Story Mode follows the story of each anime, and you'll do battle against various characters from those respective series'. Finally, there's online battles as well, which are available worldwide. Online battles include a ranked option, and special rules option.
