Fortnite's 'respawn vans' spotted during official tournament

Epic just held the Blackheart Cup in Fortnite, which was streamed on their official Twitch account. While fans were watching, they noticed that "respawn vans" were littered around the map. These vans were first discovered by a dataminer, and they seem to be a way for players to respawn their teammates if they get taken out.

Epic didn't talk about the vans at all during the tournament, and they were never used. Anyone who follows Fortnite knows that Epic loves to drop various teases for upcoming content all the time, and this clearly seems like one of those instances. I guess we can expect these vans to launch publicly very soon!
