Unused song from Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon makes it into Luigi's Mansion Arcade

Many of us have played Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, but hardly any of us know about an unused song in the game. Hidden in the files for Dark Moon is "Ring a Ring o' Roses," a song you probably know by the name "Ring Around the Rosy." It turns out that exact same unused song was pulled from Dark Moon and used in Luigi's Mansion Arcade! Click the first video to hear the song in Dark Moon, and then play the second clip at 11:52 to hear the Arcade version.

Obviously "Ring a Ring o' Roses" is a song that existed long before Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, but as you can hear in the two clips, Luigi's Mansion Arcade pulls the exact same version of the song that went unused in Dark Moon. You have to wonder how stuff like that happens, especially when Capcom was the main developer on the Arcade game!
