Forever Entertainment handling Phantom Doctrine on Switch

Work continues with a different company

Back in March, we had heard of some troubles at CreativeForge, the team behind Phantom Doctrine. The game's PC launch hadn't gone too well, and the title didn't sell as much as expected. This caused a bit of turmoil at the company, leading to numerous employees leaving their positions. All of this made for concern about the Switch port, but thankfully, it seems work continues on.

CreativeForge is no longer handling the development of Phantom Doctrine's Switch version in-house. The game has been passed off to Forever Entertainment, who has handled all sorts of Switch titles in the past. They should be a good fit for the project, and will certainly see it through to release. We'll just have to hang tight for awhile while they work on wrapping things up.

Why are they a good fit? Is the game complete ass? Because that's all Forever Entertainment has ever released in the eShop.
