Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap nears 500k sold across all platforms
With a remake this great, it's no Wonder
Dotemu, the developer on Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap, has confirmed that the remake managed to sell somewhere around 500k units so far. That includes all versions combined, so we don't know just how many units the Switch version sold. That said, we did hear awhile back that the Switch version was head-and-shoulders above the rest in terms of downloads, so it's likely that Switch is doing most of the heavy lifting here.
