Issue #3 of Marvel's War of the Realms: Journey Into Mystery features a nod to The Legend of Zelda
Even superheroes play Zelda
The latest issue of Marvel's War of the Realms: Journey Into Mystery includes a direct mention of The Legend of Zelda series. I didn't include the entire exchange below, but I think I've included enough of the details for the reference to make sense.
Seeing a game reference in Journey Into Mystery isn't too surprising, considering the writing team behind the series. This War of the Realms off-shoot is written by the McElroys, who have been a part of and covered gaming for quite some time!
