The prototype for Special Tee Shot, the original design that was reworked into Kirby's Dream Course, has appeared online

Special Tee Shot is an SNES game HAL Laboratory was working on before they reworked it into Kirby's Dream Course. With the popularity of Kirby on the Game Boy, HAL decided to take the near-complete Special Tee Shot and change it into a Kirby-themed experience.

Special Tee Shot would see release on the Satellaview, but that version was notably different from the game's original design. We know that thanks to the game's prototype, which has made its way online through SNES Central. Check out tons more on the prototype here.
