Niantic files suit against multiple Pokemon GO hacked app creators
Cheaters never prosper
Niantic is out to defend Pokemon GO from people they feel are ruining the game. The company has filed suit against roughly 20 so-called hackers for their work on PokeGo++, an "unauthorized derivative version" of Pokemon GO. Niantic believes PokemonGo++ infringes on intellectual property rights, and also gives players an unfair advantage over those who are playing the regular version of the game.
