Super Mario Maker 2's first week of retail sales in the UK nearly double what the original pulled in
Even more good news for the UK launch
As you guys saw earlier in the week, Super Mario Maker 2 took the top spot in the UK retail charts for the week. Switch owners were eager to get their hands on Mario's latest, and considerably more people snatched up this game over its predecessor. In the first week of retail sales in the UK, Super Mario Maker 2 nearly doubled the amount that Super Mario Maker sold in its first week. It's almost like the Switch is a bit more popular than the Wii U!
