The Witcher showrunner shares her favorite part of meeting with CD Projekt Red

There's a lot of pressure on Lauren Schmidt Hissrich when it comes to The Witcher. She's the showrunner on the project, and is overseeing the entire thing. Obviously Hissrich wants to make sure she does the series justice, which means coming at it from every angle. This is why Hissrich visited CD Projekt Red, the team responsible for turning the Witcher into a gamer series. Via Twitter, Hissrich shared her favorite part of the visit.

I would say sitting around a conference room, speaking to people whose lives are passionately and inextricably tied to Geralt and The Witcher world, and explaining why this world was important to me, too. Also I LOVE my collectible Gwent cards.
