GN Version 5.0

Earlier today we shared a story about Amazon.com cancelling Killer Queen Black preorders. Some took this as a sign of the retail release being in trouble. Thankfully that's not the case, as Nighthawk Interactive reached out to us to share the following statement.

“We’re aware of the issues some consumers are experiencing with Amazon pre-orders for Killer Queen Black, due to technical problems with the listing. We are working with Amazon to resolve this as soon as possible, and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We can confirm the game will still be coming to Nintendo Switch retail, and can also be preordered through sellers including Best Buy and GameStop.”

If you had your Amazon order cancelled, you can always grab another through Best Buy or GameStop, or you could wait for the Amazon side of things to be fixed up. Good to know the issue is being taken care of. All we need now is a confirmed release date!
