Never-before-seen footage
Back in May 2019, the Super Mario Bros. movie archive gang came into possession of an extended version of the Super Mario Bros. movie, featuring all sorts of deleted scenes and cut content. Today we get our very first look at some of that content with a scene of Mario and Luigi answering the call for a job at the Riverfront Cafe, where they encounter the Scapelli plumbers.
Again, this is just our first look at the cut content. We know that there's somewhere around 15 minutes of unused content, so more videos are sure to come.
