Japanese retailer warns of Switch Lite shortages, turquoise appears to be the most popular color

The Switch Lite is launching in Japan on Sept. 20th, 2019, and preorders for the hardware are open. It appears Nintendo might have another hit on their hands, as Japanese retailer GEO is already warning of shortages. While the retailer didn't give hard figures, they have placed a sign in their stores noting that they expect shortages based on the number of inquiries they've received from customers. If anyone is on the fence with preorders, GEO also reminds customers that preorders can be cancelled for free.
