Actor portraying Yennefer in The Witcher talks about the overwhelming reaction to the series

The Witcher may not have debuted on Netflix yet, but the reaction from fans the world over has already been staggering. People are hungry for the series, and the trailer seems to have made people confident in the quality of the show. This has lead to people pegging The Witcher as the next Game of Thrones, which is definitely a lot to live up to.

This is all pretty new for Anya Chalotra, the actor who plays Yennefer in the series. At Comic-CON, Chalotra was asked about what she would do if the series got to be as big as Game of Thrones did. You can check out her response below.

"That means my life would blow up as well, wouldn't it? Yeah. You know, I'm taking it moment to moment and this already has been very overwhelming. It's very scary. This today [press at San Diego Comic-Con] was scary. But then you meet the fans and you realize why you're doing it and suddenly you go 'ah, they're on your side.'"
