Niantic settles Pokemon GO class-action lawsuit, will pay out $4 million

Niantic has settled a Pokemon GO class-action lawsuit related to homeowners who claimed the game lead to people trespassing on their land. Niantic has not accepted blame or liability, but they are dishing out roughly $4 million to settle the dispute. The funniest part of the settlement is that most of it goes to the lawyers, while the 12 people who brought up the issues will get just $1,000 a piece.
