GN Version 5.0

A very big change could be coming to Fortnite. Dataminers have been digging through the game's latest update, and some very interesting stuff has been found. Believe it or not, it looks like a brand-new map might be added to the game.

Apparently a patch for the game is in the works, and it's labeled as “The End” in the game's data. That patch includes completely-new location names, which you can see below.

- BeachyBlufs
- CampCod
- CreativeIsland
- DirtyDocks
- FrenzyFarm
- HollyHedges
- LazyLake
- MountainMedow
- PowerPlant
- SlurpySwamp
- SunnyShores
- WeepingWoods

On top of that, dataminers pulled the above loading screen out of the game's data, which features the players waving goodbye to the game's bus driver. All of these pieces together certainly seem to indicate that Fortnite's one and only map is about to be shelved.
