“We are aware of the errors that are caused when playing Pokemon Sword/Shield, as well as the reports where some mention their Nintendo Switch console or SD card is damaged because of said errors. We are worried for everyone. However, there’s not a huge difference between the number of repair requests made to our company around November 22 against the number of repair requests made when other games are launched. So, our company could not confirm whether the bugs in Pokemon Sword and Shield are negatively affecting the game console and SD card. If there’s a problem with your game console, please approach our customer support.”
