Japanese hardware/software sales for Dec. 2nd to Dec. 8th, 2019

Japanese sales data has been released for Week 49 of 2019. Pokemon Sword and Shield has sold another 201,000 copies in Japan this week, with no other games even coming close to numbers that high. Luigi's Mansion 3 is the second best selling title during the Dec 2nd - Dec 8th period, despite only selling a respectable 34,000 copies. A notable achievement from Nintendo in the software data is that the entire top 10 list is Switch titles! Nintendo Switch hardware continues on a gradual incline due to the holiday season, and 188,000 units have been sold, up 2k from last week. Check out the full data below!
