Japan's Animal Crossing: New Horizons Direct featured items not shown in the English Direct

You'd think Nintendo would keep an Animal Crossing: New Horizons Direct exactly the same when it comes to content in all regions. Just throw in a different translation and call it a day. That's not what Nintendo did though, and the Japanese Direct featured some items that weren't shown in other versions (spotted by PushDustIn).

As you can see above, an electric guitar was featured during one section of the Japanese Direct. Along with that, a skull hat was shown as well. Why were these only featured in the Japanese Direct? Hopefully it doesn't mean region-exclusive content, but we won't know for sure until the game releases.
