PR - Night School Studio's Afterparty Coming to Nintendo Switch on March 6

Pre-Purchase the Best Bud Adventure for $15.99 Starting Today

GLENDALE, Calif. — Feb. 28, 2020 — Night School Studio’s critically acclaimed indie game, Afterparty, where players embark on the ultimate night out with their best friend, launches onto Nintendo Switch on March 6. To get the party started early, today fans can pre-purchase Afterparty on Nintendo Switch here for $15.99.  Afterparty is available now on Xbox One (plus Xbox Game Pass), PlayStation 4, and Epic Games Store.

In celebration of the news, Night School Studio has also released a brand new trailer here.

“Bringing the vibrant adventures in Afterparty to the Nintendo Switch has been a dream come true for our team,” said Sean Krankel, Co-Founder and Creative Director at Night School Studio. “The Nintendo Switch is a perfect fit for Afterparty, as you can play with all touch controls or Joy-Cons. Being able to play anywhere, whether that’s on the subway, or a bar or even at church, is icing on the cake.”

In Afterparty, players take on the roles of Lola (voiced by The Morning Show’s Janina Gavankar) and Milo (voiced by Khoi Dao), recently deceased best buds who suddenly find themselves staring down an eternity in Hell. But there’s a loophole: outdrink Satan and he’ll grant re-entry to Earth. The narrative-focused game also features:

An intelligent conversation system that will allow players to change the story and relationships based on every decision

An underworld that features an interconnected network of islands via the River Styx

A variety of libations (over 30), each changing the player’s dialogue choices and personalities

A large, outrageous cast to interact with, all with their own unique set of problems

Demonic activities including beer pong, dance-offs, and chugging competitions

An original soundtrack by scntfc, who scored Oxenfree
