Remember the Switch Joy-Con drift class action lawsuit? Its been awhile since we've heard anything, but today we find out that the case will go into arbitration.

A Washington federal judge found that Nintendo and Switch owners had a valid arbitration agreement, and U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Zilly granted Nintendo's bid to compel arbitration. On top of that, Nintendo was denied their move to dismiss the case altogether. The original class action lawsuit will be halted for the time being, and depending on how arbitration goes, it may either pick back up or be dismissed.
