Murder by Numbers is available today on Switch, and it includes a big cast of unique, interesting, and zany characters. In an interview with Siliconera, character designer Hato Moa explains which characters came with ease, and which were a challenge.
Most characters had a concrete direction in their brief. Particularly, Jena’s appearance occurred to me as soon as I read the brief. SCOUT needed a long time to design, since he’s the important symbol [for] the project.
