Pecaminosa – A Pixel Noir Game, a project being developed by azorean studio Cereal Games, has just received confirmation from Nintendo’s part and thus, will be ported to the emblematic console of the japanese videogame distributor.

Nintendo’s approval comes during a time when Pecaminosa is going through a crowdfunding campaign on the Indiegogo platform, having amasses a little over 80% of its set goal, on the first 3 days of its campaign. You can check out the campaign here.

Cereal Games had initially stated that it would develop for PC, MAC and Linux, but Nintendo’s “ok” has lead the azorean company to make the necessary changes on its crowdfunding page, so that it now states the console port.

“This is a great piece of news for our player community: many players had already inquired about this possibility, given the fact that our game’s genre and style fit neatly with the Switch console. Naturally, we are ecstatic with the possibility of Pecaminosa being able to reach a much larger player base.” states Lázaro raposo, CEO and Game Designer of Cereal Games.

Pecaminosa is a Police Action RPG, having the particularity of being the first RPG to be developed in Azores and launched in one of the biggest digital game resellers in the world, will start to be sold by the end of the current year.
