Switch is extremely hard to find right now, and Nintendo is doing all they can to fix the situation. According to a Nikkei report, Nintendo is working to up Switch production by 10% as compared to last year. Obviously, the pandemic is causing issues, and Nintendo isn't quite sure they'll be able to hit that mark. A company representative had this to say.

“We hope [suppliers] will be responsive to the production increase, but for procurement of some parts, the outlook remains uncertain, and we can’t forecast exactly how many Switches can be supplied.”

Hardware component suppliers will do what they can to work with Nintendo on this matter, but it's going to be tough. Some suppliers have received orders for April, May, and June that are 50% larger than what they expected.
