Pokemon Co. apologizes for the latest episode of Pokémon: Twilight Wings featuring Pokemon not found in Sword and Shield
Well that backfired
Pokemon Co. released the fourth episode of Pokemon: Twilight Wings recently, and it courted a bit of controversy. The episode featured some Pokemon that don't appear in Pokemon Sword and Shield, and this riled up a few fans.
Pokemon Co. has since taken to Twitter to apologize for the situation, saying they're sorry if anyone felt mislead by the animation. Hopefully most who watched the episode were already aware of what Pokemon did/didn't make the cut in Sword and Shield.
